Returns Policy
If you wish to return your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return by emailing us at orders@lwinterpublishing.com.
To be eligible for a return, your book must be unopened and in its original sealed plastic wrapping. You will also need to provide a proof of purchase.
At this time we do not offer free return labels, therefore it is with the customer to arrange a tracked shipment back to us. If eligible, we will provide you with a return slip and a return address for your package via email. Returns must be scanned by carrier within 21 days of delivery date (for example, if you requested a return within 14 days after delivery, you will have another 7 days to arrange your shipment). Please include the return slip inside the package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
